- 3.2. Approval: The Belle Site reserves the right to review and approve all Ads before publication. The Site may reject any Ad that does not meet its standards or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Advertising Fees
- 4.1. Fees: Advertisers agree to pay the fees associated with Ad placement as outlined in the Site’s pricing schedule.
- 4.2. Payment Terms: Fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice. The Belle Site may remove Ads if payment is not received in a timely manner.

5. Ad Content
- 5.1. Responsibility: Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their Ads. Ads must not violate any laws or infringe upon third-party rights.
- *5.2. Compliance: Ads must adhere to all applicable regulations and standards, including but not limited to those concerning advertising ethics and intellectual property.

6. Duration and Termination
- 6.1. Duration: Ads will be displayed for the period specified during submission unless terminated sooner.
- 6.2. Termination: The Belle Site reserves the right to terminate any Ad and/or this agreement at its discretion, especially if the Ad or Advertiser breaches these Terms.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
- 7.1. Liability: The Belle Site is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the advertisement or its placement.
- 7.2. Disclaimer: The Belle Site does not guarantee the performance or effectiveness of any Ad.

8. Changes to Terms
- The Belle Site may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- 9.1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the advertisement will be resolved through binding arbitration.
- 9.2. Arbitration: Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Arbitration will take place in Oceanside, CA.

10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
